The Olinda Tea House is a modern pavilion style building located in the tranquil Dandenong Ranges, 40 minutes out of Melbourne. The building utilizes a ‘floating’ butterfly roof form atop expansive glazed walls and surrounded by generous timber-planked decks to enhance the indoor-outdoor transition. Completed 2011
