Ceci runs the Smith + Tracey Design Hub and has over 20 years’ experience. Before joining Smith + Tracey she ran her own studio for five years and collaborated with studios and developers to find marketing solutions for multiple built projects around Melbourne.

Her range of work covers all areas of the business. She understands branding and working with clients to deliver design solutions for their businesses. She has enriched the quality of the built outcomes of both interiors and buildings and has extended the breadth of services offered to clients.
