Rachael joined Smith + Tracey in 2021 and has a passion for sustainably driven, community and people-centred design.

Since joining Smith + Tracey, Rachael has been working on a range of projects in the education sector, continuing to develop her skills and building technology appreciation, and will continue to explore and expand these through her work at Smith + Tracey.
She is also the proud captain of the S+T ArchiSoccer team, organising and competing weekly against architecture practices from all over Melbourne.

Rachael has completed her Masters of Architecture at RMIT.
