Greenview in Donvale was Allity’s first Victorian transformation project as part of their greater portfolio redevelopment. It involved the re-purposing of an existing retirement village into a fully operational aged care residence with finishing and aesthetic appeal similar to a 6 Star boutique hotel experience.
Works included renovating three major two-storey buildings, creating new staff and resident lifestyle areas throughout and external renewal.
The ‘Signature Class’ home offers a choice of accommodation in distinct neighbourhoods all with their own unique character. As well there is a selection of lounge and dining areas where residents can relax or entertain family and friends.
The home is renovated recognising the importance of respecting and enhancing the existing character of the original building. Greenview exudes sophistication yet projects the warmth and character of an elegant home.
The delivery and the finished product have been achieved in close collaboration with the interiors team of MDC who were instrumental in establishing the look, feel and finishing of the building.
