Allity Somerton Park construction is set in motion. The project is targeting completion of works in October 2019 with first resident planned pre-Christmas 2019. Through the redesign work this 101 bed home that has brought together learnings from many of our earlier projects. The design team lead by Matt Cleave from Trice includes Steve Munro from S+T Architects with MDC (interior design) in support, PT design(structural), Bestec (building services), LCS Landscaping, DAVD (technology), Hiller & Associates, Katnich Dodd, WT partnership(quantity surveyor). The design team has worked closely and proactively with the internal Allity stakeholders to get the design working “in sync” with our current operations team to produce a great result. The Property team want to take this opportunity to thank the hard work from all those involved, both in the design team and also within Allity.
