As our Director of Learning Adrian’s passion is to create meaningful and purposeful architectural outcomes that take our clients and project teams on a journey of adding value through design. His inquisitive approach creates a platform for our research and exploration of ideas. This way he establishes a clear understanding of the present while strategically future-proofing the built environment for emerging directions.
Adrian joined the Smith + Tracey team in Melbourne in 2003 bringing with him over 12 years’ international experience in public and private architecture. He understands the responsibility involved when creating inspiring design solutions within a framework of time and cost.
Adrian’s skill is listening in a collaborative environment. He enables the client’s vision to be clearly articulated while balancing complex and sensitive project influences. This consultative approach has achieved high quality outcomes that enhanced the user experience and delivered successful community focused architecture.
